Financial Aid and Discounts

As part of the core mission of SWSDI, we are committed to making camp affordable.  Students should not let the price of tuition deter them from applying.  If cost is a burden, please contact us at info@southwestdebateinstitute.org to request an application for financial aid.

Students who are unable to attend the entire camp should contact us about attending for a portion of the time for reduced tuition before applying.

Payment Instructions

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due two weeks from the date that you are notified of acceptance to the camp.  This is included in the stated tuition costs and is not an additional charge.

The remainder of your tuition (the cost stated above for your program minus $50 from the deposit) is due on June 15, 2012.  Students who do not pay on time will lose their spot at the camp.

All payments should be made by personal check made out to “Southwest Speech and Debate Institute” and mailed to:

If for any reason you are later unable to attend, we will make every effort to refund your tuition, except for the $50 non-refundable deposit, provided that you cancel before the June 15 deadline.  We cannot guarantee a refund of your money if you have to cancel after June 15.
